ALR Technologies Patent Approved for Nebulizer Compressors (OTC:ALRT)

The nebulizer compressors that ALR Technologies (Public, OTC: ALRT) had applied for a patent application has been approved by the U.S. Patent Office. This is a patent to protect the Health-E-Connect management communications system. The Health-E-Connect system will help to remotely monitor patients suffering from chronic asthma, COPD and cystic fibrosis using nebulizer compressors.

ALR Technologies U.S. patent approval gives them the exclusive ability to monitor patient’s with chronic asthma, COPD and cystic fibrosis who are using nebulizer compressors with their newly approved Health-E-Connect system. This will provide the physician a unique way to provide care, with ongoing diagnostic data, while giving them the tool to monitor the patient remotely.

This system is expected to become an important part of patient treatment for health professionals to remotely care for the estimated 16 million people suffering from COPD and over 20 million asthma patients in the United States.

The nebulizer compressor and the Health-E-Connect system will allow physicians to remotely monitor their patients and also evaluate the patient’s aerosolized medications.
