		<description>Sounds great, Megan.  Have you looked at:
- building commissioning to ensure efficient equipment is operating as designed? PG&amp;E will tell you they find economizers failed open or shut a significant amount of the time?
- monitoring employee plug loads to ID equipment that&#039;s unnecessarily on (e.g. do an audit after most have gone home)
- telling eBay to invest in energy efficiency elsewhere for more bang for their buck and as a directly demonstrable carbon offset?
