It looks like there is an upward swing today AM, I do not see any news yet. On Google discussion board I am seeing something about approval so hold tight. Some of the rumors on Google board are not reliable either.

DSCO has multiple drugs and Surfaxin was there for a while for getting approved. But the FDA has new regulations that DSCO has to meet inorder to get the Surfaxin approved. DSCO has done all the test to get it approved. The drug in general has been approved but FDA wants additional tests to be done for the shelf life.

I think DSCO has appealed again to FDA for the approval.

I think it is a temporary raise. It’ll drop again unless some positive news pop-out from FDA again.

The problem with some of these stocks is the only way to support their self's is to keep putting shares on the market.

Of course FDA news is a big plus to any that is in this a low level. But to spend a couple of thousands and watch it as it is declining is not being a smart trader.

Most trades are $10 to exit and that is a lot cheaper then loseing a couple of hundred.
