In the name of “fiscal balance,” President Obama’s Debt Commission is pushing for cuts in Medicare and Social Security.

Ignoring the hundreds of billions of dollars the country could save by implementing a national single-payer healthcare system, they’re threatening the a true safety net our most vulnerable Americans can rely on.

We are joining Progressive Democrats of America in monthly vigils, every third Wednesday, to say “Hands off Our Medicare!”
