Houghton Road: Irvington Road To Valencia Road Public Meeting Notice

The City of Tucson Department of Transportation (TDOT) will be conducting a public meeting to present the 90 percent design completion roadway improvement plans for Houghton Road: Irvington Road to Valencia Road and requests your participation. The project design is scheduled to be completed in late 2010.

You are invited to attend this public meeting to view project information displays, make comments and discuss any items of interest or concern. Houghton Road, from Irvington Road to Valencia Road, will be widened to a six-lane facility as part of the overall plan to widen Houghton Road to a multilane, divided facility between Tanque Verde Road and Interstate 10. The project funding is derived from the voter-approved Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) plan.
