    Good article. Many people seem to think that IR35 can simply be abolished in isolation. Another view on our site – here:

    “In devising new rules that are simpler we could end up with something more restrictive and similar to ‘false self-employment in the construction industry’, which would seriously narrow the parameters for being classified as self-employed.”
