Vivakor Regeneca Agreement (OTC:VIVK)

Vivakor, Inc (OTC:VIVK) announced that they have successfully completed an exclusive distribution agreement with consumer product specialist, Regeneca International, Inc. Vivakor, Inc is a biomedical/biotechnology company with transdisciplinary research that develops and acquires products in the fields of molecular medicine, electro-optics, biological handling and natural and formulary compounds that extend or improve life. This distribution agreement between Vivakor and Regeneca is for one of its proprietary, cutting edge nutraceutical formulations. In conjunction with this agreement there was an immediate purchase order from Regeneca International for 25,000 units of the product. Both the companies are very pleased with the agreement and hopes that this deal will initiate a long term relationship for the commercialization of their products.

Vivakor CEO Tannin Fuja expressed that the entire company is very pleased with the agreement between the two companies and adds another substantial revenue stream for Vivakor’s emerging nutraceutical division. He also mentioned that the worldwide demand for the nutraceutical products have been increasing and is expected to exceed US$15 billion which is why Vivakor wants to be a substantial player in the nutraceutical market.

Regeneca’s President, Larry Walter also shared his thoughts saying that this transaction does make a lot of sense to them and the pilot program that they have completed with Vivakor showed great results for the product from both commercial and personal health perspective.
