PCLI - Connect the Dots DD Megapost, put together by wakingbake.

Let me start with a brief description of the company.

Integrated Armor Solutions is a U.S. Army certified manufacturer of patented & proprietary armor and protective solutions. They have been in business for 18 years and is located in Dallas, Texas. They have an impeccable reputation for quality as evidenced by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of A-

They recently decided to go public with a reverse merger into the PCLI shell:

Let's look @ the market IAS is in.

Here is a contract a rival of Integrated Armor Solutions received 3 years ago:

U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson : Serving the 3rd District of Texas

U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson (3rd Dist-Texas) congratulated Garland’s International Truck and Engine for winning a second government contract in as many months. Late Friday afternoon, International Truck and Engine was awarded $414 million to build 755 armored trucks. This new defense contract comes just barely two months after the company won a lucrative military vehicle contract to build 1,200 trucks on May 31st.

My estimated breakdown of that contract:

    755 armored trucks ($414mil) + 1200 armored trucks ($???) = 1955 armored trucks ($1bil+)

With wars and conflicts appearing to be ongoing for generations to come, I’d say IAS is in a very lucrative market. PS: REMEMBER THIS CONGRESSMAN'S NAME.

    How will IAS compete?

The answer is with the new composite material which IAS is an exclusive manufacturer of. This new material can not only stop IED’s and 50 caliber rounds, but is 40% lighter than current armor being deployed by the US army and Marines! In my humble opinion, the question should be, how will the others compete?

But who knows about this new composite material?

Remember that congressman that gave out that mammoth contract? Well I believe he knows about it. That congressman recently visited IAS with his contingent of staffers

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - 07/02/10) - Protocall Technologies, Inc. (Pinksheets:PCLI - News) is proud to announce that on May 17th, 2010, Congressman Sam Johnson, 3rd District of Texas, with a contingent of staffers, toured the Integrated Armor Solutions facility located in Dallas, TX. Congressman Johnson, who sits on the prestigious Ways and Means Committee, is only one of a handful of combat veterans in congress and authored the "fully-fund troops in harm's way" proposal, showed an intense interest in the implementation of several IAS products into combat theaters.

The DOD (Dept. of Defense) knows about IAS as well. In 2009, IAS supplied 5 prototype vehicles for US Army (TACOM) for use in Afghanistan.
