    yes, for penny stocks it is the best. It gives you 10 free trades if you have a cah reserve of more than 25k.

    it is also the WOrst broker for options. You have to call the customer service if you want to sell a PUTT (even cash covered). you cant do that electronically

    I use Zecco, tired of problems with Scottrade. Zecco plus ADVFN for streaming charts, are an unbeatable combination.

    I too use Zecco, it's okay. In peak hours like 3.45 to 4.00 site response is too slow. Also down time is more in off hours. Good thing I liked is their live chatting, some times it's hard to talk over the phone then you can chat immideatly. Also they don't have pre market and after market options, and trailing stop option doesn't work well. I never tried the options with them.
